Morning - tilapia, berry salad (blueberries/blackberries/pomegranate seeds)
Afternoon - tilapia, butternut squash, salad w/walnuts/olive oil/lime/tomato, cutie, apple
Evening - Chipotle steak/chicken/grilled veggies/salsa
I felt hella puffy after Chipotle. No more for a while. I did Paleo, but I'm sure they add hecka salt somewhere.

you should also check the ingredients for the salsa, i'm sure it has sugar in there somewhere.
