Morning - egg, curried shrimp w/tomatos, apples/cutie chop salad.

Afternoon - curried shrimp w/tomatos/broccoli/bell peppers, salad w/walnuts, asian pear, blueberries.

Evening - walnuts+sunflower seeds, cantelope, strawberries, turkey breast, baked butternut squash.
