Morning - apple, carrots.
Afternoon/Evening - Superbowl foods. I didn't overdue it, but I feel puffy.
I hosted a Superbowl party today. And I contemplated not eating any of the food, but I invited people over and they made foods+brought foods+that was special to me. I know I wasn't supposed to have a cheat day for a few weeks, but this was not a cheat day out of weakness. I wasn't stuffing a cupcake down my throat in secret. I sent all of the leftovers away or tossed the un-send-away-able ones.
I think I'm doing REALLY well with Paleo. I'm looking and feeling good. I'm getting stronger. I don't have a nagging desire to eat non-Paleo. I'm beginning to see this as the way that I eat, rather than the way that I eat for now.
I didn't want to post this, but it's very important for me to post every day and to be truthful. There's a lot more that I want to say on it, but I don't want to seem like I'm making excuses.
