WOD 2.6.10.

First we stretched. There's a lady with the same name as me at CF and at one point, L said, "Great form Krystle." Definitely thought she was talking to me so I said thank you. Wrong one. Moted.

I can't remember what the WOD was called, but we broke off into two teams and had to complete 2 miles by alternating holding dumbells in our hands (farmer's something), holding flat weights above our heads+then walking without weight.

I was doing well with it. Getting tired at appropriate times. But then some lady came up to CF+said she needed a jump. I stopped the WOD, gave the jump+by the time I was ready to start again, it was raining too hard for us to finish. I ended up doing a little over a mile of the WOD.

We wrapped things up+I went home to M&D's and ran on the treadmill for two miles with a rest inbetween each mile. My first mile was over 11 minutes (it was a slow run), but the second mile I pushed myself and got it done in less than 10 minutes (I forgot to check when the mile ended and ran a little over a mile).

It felt good to run. I'm going to try to do it outside this week.
