Morning - coffee (with a little creamer … i don’t want to stop this), egg (omega 3) w/olive oil/onions, cutie orange, green tea.
Afternoon - tuna (rinsed to get rid of salt), fuji apple.
Evening - sunflower seeds (out of shell without salt), broccoli, ground turkey w/olive oil/tumeric/olive oil.

Observation: I was too hungry during the day and ate too much in the evening. Gonna try and eat my bigger meal in the early afternoon.
