Had a conference call with Jay.
Described what I’m doing for paleo and he said all seems fine. I can add some sea salt to meats for flavor. Yessss. Wants me to incorporate omega 3 fish oil (not gel packs if I can help it) into my diet.
Workout 3 times a week on Monday/Wednesday/Saturday. Mon/Wed at the gym and Sat at CF with mom in Vallejo.
For CF, my warmup should be 10-20 squats, push-ups, ring rows.
Need to have someone show me how to do squats/push-ups/ring rows and then make sure I’m doing them correctly. To note:
Squats
No weight. These are air squats.
Pay attention to lumbar curve. Keep chest up and back arched somewhat inward.
Heels flat on the floor.
Go below parallel, no just a 90 degree andle.
Knees over toes. This might be a little hard cus I sit in a chair all day. But it’s important!
Push-Ups
Start by trying to do them on my toes. If I can’t, do them on my knees.
Hands can go wherever.
Chest and hips must touch the floor at the same time.
They don’t count unless chest and hips touch the floor.
Ring Row
Heels on ground OR whole foot on groun (harder)
Make sure my chest touches the ring.
Do 10-20 of these as my warm-up to CF the time WOD.
If I want to continue doing my morning workout, consider doing squats or pushups.

Also. In two weeks I get some dark chocolate in my life. at least 80% cacao. Yummmm.
