wod. 2.13.10.

WOD - 100 burpees w/goal of completing in 15 minutes.

Time - 20:44

But I took breaks in between groups of 10. This was hard. :( I was doing burpees in January. 10 a day for a few weeks until I started this. This kicked my butt.

Earlier today I ran on the track at Berkeley High. 1 mile in 10:07. First time running a mile outside since I've started. Went as follows:

400M - ran
100M - walk
300M - ran
100M - walk
300M - ran
100M - ran
300M - walk (with about 100M of sprinting)

Record on the track said the best time is less than 4 minutes. 400M at less than 1 minute. WHAAAAT??!
