
Morning. ^ I had a cheat meal. And it was gooooood. But almost immediately regrettable. I’ve gone to this brunch place before. It’s a Mediterranean restaurant with all-you-can eat brunch for cheap. And there’s mimosas. POMEGRANATE MIMOSAS! That said, when I’d gone to this place before, I could get about 2 plates, a few servings of oatmeal and a few slices of bread. Yesterday, it was one place and I didn’t finish it all. It was good. I don’t know if I am not supposed to do a cheat meal. It’s not a weekly thing cus I can’t handle that. Maybe once every two weeks? Once a month? Jay?? Help.
Afternoon/Evening - I couldn’t eat lunch cus I ate brunch late. In the evening, I had sunflower seeds and the remaining chicken curry.
Observed: I didn’t drink enough water. I felt it this morning.
