food. 2.1.10.

Morning - coffee/creamer, carrots.

Afternoon - leftover beef/veggie thai food, orange, hard boiled egg.

Evening - sunflowers/almonds, salad, peaches, turkey, brussle sprouts.

J said I could have a little salt, but I'm not really feeling it. I'm gonna take it back a notch and see how I feel.

  1. Looking good. However, Despite what Mom says, you can't have creamer in your coffee. Milk is basically carbs/sugar. the first 28 days is designed to get you off of carbs/sugar. You need to release your body's dependance on it so you can see some real progress.
