Morning - cutie, handful of walnuts, green tea.
Afternoon - salad w/olive oil/sunflower seeds/>10 almonds/avocado, l/o steak w/onions/garlic, cutie, apple.
Evening - salad w/olive oil/lime juice/sunflower seeds, broccoli, l/o stead w/onions/garlic, a few green grapes.
Note: cut vinegar out of the salads. Paleo says it's on the no-no list and that I should use lemon/lime juice instead. Eh. We'll see. Until then, no vinegar.
