I'm freakin out about WOD today. I had to look at Jay's email about 4 times+then look up a google conversion for meters --> miles.
WOD is run 400 meters (1/4 mile), do 50 squats. FOUR TIMES!
For reference - the WOD where I almost died on Saturday was: run 100 meters, do 10 squats. We did that 3 times (run/squats run/pull-up run/sit-up). And.I.Almost.DIED!
Literally. Asthma attack-esque.
Each run is greater than or equal to 4 times what we did on Saturday. I'm freakin out. For sure. But I'm excited too.
