Morning - walnuts, spinach w/onions/garlic/shallots, apple, avocado.

Afternoon - asian pear, salad w/olives/squid/pickles/cucumber/carrots/tomatoes/eggs/bell peppers/asparagus/spinach/onions.

Evening - beef w/bell peppers/yellow tomato, broccoli, butternut squash.
