wod. 2.23.10.

Did the WOD this morning because I went to sleep at 8 last night (got to bed around 3 AM from my flight).

5 rounds for time of
30 sec bottom of squat hold
30 sec handstand hold
30 sit-ups

Wow. Just re-read the email... DEFINITELY did 30 PUSH-UPS. Arrrggggh.

Well. My time was 24:19.

Handstands were hard. The longest hold I could get was for about 3 seconds. Flipped over once. Scary!
