Don't worry about how much fruit you eat. Eat as much as you want for now. It would take a lot to overdo it, and you'll get full before that happens. Two points1) try to mix up the fruits you eat, don't just eat the same ones every day. You'll get a better variety of nutrients that way.2) be sure you're getting at least one healthy serving of veggies at least once per day (a plate of spinach or a big salad or something).
