WOD 2.3.10.

WOD - run 400 meters, do 50 squats. Repeat 4 times.

Time: 24:48

It took foreverrrr. The squats took longest. I ran on the treadmill and didn't slow to walk. It felt good but I think I want to try running outside. I know running outside is different than running on the treadmill.

After I was done, my legs were shaking and I was sweating. It's hard for me to sweat during a workout, so I felt hella accomplished.

While I was doing my squats, I saw a really pretty, tiny but rocked out lady doing pushups quite effortlessly. She was my motivation during my squats.

    This is a good workout you can do when you don't have access to a gym. It does hurt (and will probably hurt more tomorrow), but you'll feel better after a day or two.
